  • 5 Pull-ups
  • 10 Push-ups
  • 15 Air Squats

*Goal is to complete 10 Rounds…if 10 Rounds completed prior to end of 10 min AMRAP, in remanning time do AMRAP of Clean & Jerk (Rx @ 95/65) (Comp @ 135/95). Score is total number of C&J’s completed (or rounds of Cindy if less than 10).
