During my final year on active duty, I attended a rigorous three week selection for the US Army Special Forces. It was in preparation for this assessment that I found CrossFit. CrossFit has changed my life forever. It has been a road of constant improvement and my only regret about CrossFit is that I didn’t find it sooner. I’m in the best shape of my life and never had more fun working out than I do now. Here at South Seattle CrossFit, we want our members to feel encouraged, supported, and wanted. Our goal is to make working out fun again, and to redefine what’s possible for everyone that steps into our community.

What is the one thing more rewarding than CrossFitting? Coaching CrossFitters. The smiles, the testimonials, the lifestyle changes, and the amazing community of people dedicated to making themselves and everyone around them better people is why I love coaching so much.
