Welcome to South Seattle CrossFit!
We are a fitness community that is welcoming to individuals of all ages and athletic backgrounds. You won’t find any machines, mirrors or fancy equipment at SSCF. What you will find is a group of dedicated, encouraging and hard-working athletes all striving to reach their fitness goals. We’ll provide the training program, professional coaching and a supportive atmosphere on a daily basis. All you need to do is show up with a positive attitude, willingness to work hard, and you will see results far beyond what you ever thought possible!
