I got involved with CrossFit in 2011 when I met my now husband, Chris Garceau. During my first class the workout was awful and I remember wondering, “Why in the world would he take me here?” By the time the WOD was (finally) over, I knew I’d be back for more. After just this one class, I could already feel the sense of community associated with CrossFit and loved the challenge along with the feeling of accomplishment afterwards. Three years later, I’m still coming back for more.
Motivation & Passion
I love coaching because I love to see first-hand how CrossFit is changing lives. It is so rewarding to see, and be a part of, people achieving their fitness goals, whatever they may be.
